Product Support Group
Advanced Tactical Systems' field support engineers assist our customers in installation and on-site testing of new and upgraded systems at customer locations throughout the world. They continue that support through the Advanced Tactical Systems' technical support line, e-mail support, and a complete training program.
Hardware and Software Support
Advanced Tactical Systems provides hardware spare parts and software support for products delivered, in accordance with specific prior arrangements. Our field support engineers respond quickly to customer requests for technical information, spare parts, or on-site assistance in upgrading or maintaining their systems.
Training
Advanced Tactical Systems offers training courses for operators and maintenance personnel for the ADSI® and other products. Basic courses are one week in duration, but their modular design permits them to be tailored to meet customers' needs. Training is conducted at our facility in Austin or at the customer sites and other locations worldwide.
WWW Product Support
Advanced Tactical Systems offers customers support through the Internet. Clients may e-mail Software Trouble Reports (STRs) to Product Support.
